Redesign for Good Housekeeping

Good Housekeeping has undergone a major redesign, with the new look issue on sale 2 April.

The May issue will have a more modern look and feel and feature new content including a ‘Modern Etiquette’ page, Agony Aunt column, Life/Work balance and nutrition section. The ‘Look For A Lifestyle’ section will also return.

Former Head of the Good Housekeeping Institute and TV presenter, Aggie MacKenzie, returns to the title with column Bake of the Month.

The magazine also has a strong editorial focus on helping families through the recession with campaigns such as It’s Cheaper To Make It Yourself, launching in the May issue.

The re-design was introduced by Good Housekeeping’s editorial director Lindsay Nicholson. Former editor-in-chief, Nicholson returned to the National Magazine Company monthly in November 2008.
