Thomson Reuters announced yesterday the appointment of renowned journalist and author Sir Harold Evans as editor-at-large.

Evans will moderate news-making conversations involving global leaders and host events that showcase Reuters photojournalism.

Evans was editor of The Sunday Times for 14 years, and editor of The Times for a year before moving to America in 1984.
