Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA) has hired Angela Velasco as editor of Ship & Boat International and Offshore Marine Technology.

Velasco’s principal role at RINA is to write, research and commission articles on technical vessel details and their technology. Prior to joining RINA, Velasco worked as a senior content editor on the Maritime editorial team at Jane’s Information Group. Velasco replaces Cheryl Saponia.
