RT launches dedicated UK news channel

RT, previously known as Russia Today, has launched a dedicated UK news channel  – RT UK.

The channel, which broadcasts from studios at Millbank in London, covers local, regional and national stories. RT UK airs five hours of dedicated UK programming each evening including live news, documentaries and chat shows, while additional content is supplied by other RT channels globally.

RT UK features a team of domestic journalists and broadcasters including anchor Bill Dod, financial commentator Max Keiser, and investigative talk show host Afshin Rattansi. The channel can be watched from today (30 October) on Sky 512, Freeview 135 and Freesat 206.
