S.I. Partners, a corporate finance and management consultancy boutique operating in the marketing services and technology sectors, has appointed Headland Consultancy to advise on its future communications.
Neil Hedges and Dan Smith will lead the Headland team, whose first task will be to develop an appropriate narrative for S.I. Partners which reflects its global perspective and activity, serviced from offices in London and Hong Kong.
S.I. Partners advises entrepreneurs and investors throughout the life-cycle of their businesses from start-up to sale and beyond. Recent mandates include the sale of WARL Group to Chime Communications, an MBO at Red Brick Road and the sale of a majority stake in Portland PR to Omnicom.
