Scarlet, the monthly erotic magazine for women, has been acquired by Trojan Publishing.

Editor Sarah Hedley and deputy editor Laura Godman remain at the magazine, but all other staff are being recruited.

The title was previously published by Leamington Spa-based Blaze Publishing, although the editorial team was based in London.
