Spoon PR has been appointed to work on the launch of Australian restaurateur and food writer Bill Granger’s first UK restaurant – Granger & Co. The restaurant, on the site of the former Tea Palace on Westbourne Grove is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Spoon PR have represented Granger for the last 6 years and have worked on a series of UK-based projects with him since he relocated to London with his family including two recent book releases – Bill’s Basics and Bill’s Everyday Asian.

Spoon PR are also working with Chef Massimo Bottura and his restaurant, Osteria Francescana, the world-renowned restaurant in the heart of Modena, Italy. The restaurant was last week awarded a three-Michelin-star rating – the highest honour available from The Michelin Guide.
