Strativity, a customer strategy firm, has called upon BOTTLE to manage its brand launch and PR programme in the UK.
Strativity is a US based customer experience research and consulting firm, which helps clients create customer experiences and execute profitable customer strategies. It works with large and emerging businesses around the world, such as FedEx, Mercedes-Benz, Capital One, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Royal Mail, Sage and Honeywell.
BOTTLE won the retained programme following a competitive pitch and is reporting to Chris Mills, UK managing director of Strativity. The BOTTLE team is led by Carole Scott, director at BOTTLE.
The brief was to launch the Strativity brand into the UK, creating awareness among CEOs, MDs and strategy directors about the importance of exceeding customers' expectations, not simply trying to meet them. The communications programme will focus on national and trade media relations.
