Welsh station Swansea Bay Radio has changed its name to 102.1 Bay Radio.

Management say the new name better reflects its wider broadcast area which reaches beyond the city of Swansea. The station has also long been referred to as ‘Bay Radio’ by its listeners.

The station’s broadcast area has not changed.
