Karol Marketing Group has appointed a finance and administration manager and two account executives.

Carol Thompson joins the firm as finance and administration manager after working for Management Consultancy CPCR for twenty years. Karol Marketing hopes her comprehensive experience in finance, IT and office management will bring a new sense of structure and organisation.

Charlotte Cunningham joined the firm in early December after gaining a 2:1 in English Literature from Newcastle University. Karol believes her strong writing skills will be fundamental in helping to build reputations and create brand awareness for her clients.

Lucy Bonnick, from Whitley Bay, also joined the team in early January as an account executive. Bonnick gained a 2:1 in Public Relations from London Metropolitan University and undertook numerous work placements as well as an internship in the industry before gaining six months experience at a Chelsea PR firm, working with a diverse range of clients.

The Newcastle-based PR and marketing firm are also introducing new streamlined systems and updating current processes to improve the business.
