Bloomberg hires Allegra Stratton

Bloomberg has appointed Allegra Stratton to the role of UK contributing editor.

As part of her role, Allegra will write Bloomberg UK’s daily newsletter The Readout, providing analysis of the day’s biggest stories targeted to a British audience. The newsletter will include the latest business and politics news as well as reporting from Bloomberg’s journalists in Britain and around the world. It launches on Monday, 20 June 2022.

Allegra has previously worked at BBC’s Newsnight, ITV News, and for the UK government, and can be followed on Twitter @AllegraStratton.
