Editorial reshuffle at Press Gazette

Press Gazette has had an editorial reshuffle, with News Editor Freddy Mayhew promoted to Editor. He is now the best point of contact for pitches and tip-offs, and is in charge of day-to-day editorial content on the site.

Editor Dominic Ponsford is now Editor-in-Chief; his role sees him focus on the strategy of the publication and the Press Gazette’s events, such as the British Journalism Awards, the Digital Journalism Summit and the Specialist Media Awards.

Press Gazette has also welcomed Charlotte Tobitt to the team as Chief Reporter.
