Immediate Media acquires BBC Good Food

Immediate Media has confirmed the acquisition of food media brand BBC Good Food from BBC Studios. The agreement includes BBC Good Food’s magazine, digital and live events businesses, which will join Immediate’s portfolio of food brands. Immediate has now licensed the BBC Good Food brand name and bbcgoodfood.com website from BBC Studios as part of the acquisition. More information can be found here.
