Nuts faces closure

IPC Media's Nuts magazine faces closure after ten years of publishing. 

IPC managing director Paul Williams said of the potential move: "We have taken the difficult decision to propose the closure of Nuts and exit the young men's lifestyle sector. IPC will provide impacted staff with all the support they need during the consultation process." 

A 30-day consultation with Nuts and IPC staff regarding a closure follows last year's high-profile controversy surrounding the 'lad's mag' market.
