Promotion at Men’s Fitness
Men's Fitness has appointed Sam Rider as fitness editor. Rider's responsibilities at the Dennis Publishing monthly magazine now include editing the 'Trainer' section, as well as the last 50 pages of the mag which feature exercise plans for fat loss, cardio, home workouts, the sports drill feature on high-profile sportsmen, physio columns to prevent injury, reviews of fitness classes and a four-week training programme. He had previously served as staff writer on the publication.
