Changes at Financial Times
Financial Times has appointed Victor Mallet as Asia news editor. In this role, he will focus on FT’s news gathering operation across the Asia Pacific region, and the presentation of Asian news in all global editions of the newspaper and on FT.com.
Mallet is currently South Asia bureau chief and will start his Asia news editor role in October 2016. He will replace Louise Lucas, who will become Asia tech correspondent.
Amy Kazmin, currently South Asia correspondent, will replace Victor Mallet as South Asia bureau chief.
