Daily Record & STV announce digital partnership

The Daily Record and STV have announced a digital partnership to bring the STV Player to the Record's desktop, mobile and tablet audience.

Anyone living within STV’s licence areas can catch up on STV shows including 'Downton Abbey', 'Coronation Street' and 'The X Factor' alongside the paper's news, features and sports content.

The partnership is the result of collaborative development work and design between the Record’s and STV’s digital teams. The Record's desktop and mobile versions remain free while tablet subscribers will pay no extra charge for the service.

The partnership is being supported by a multi-platform campaign in the Daily Record, Sunday Mail and 20 other Media Scotland titles.
