West Midlands stations rebranded
UTV Media and Orion Media have rebranded their respective West Midlands stations to create Signal 107 and Free Radio.
UTV Media's Signal 107, which began broadcasting yesterday, 26 March, serves the Wolverhampton, Telford, Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Kidderminster areas and was created from 107.7 The Wolf, The Wyre and The Severn.
Orion Media's Free Radio network also launched on 26 March and encompasses four stations: Birmingham, Shropshire & The Black Country, Coventry & Warwickshire and Herefordshire & Worcestershire. These replace BRMB, Beacon, Mercia and Wyvern stations.
