Bauer Media appoints content controllers

Bauer Media has made several appointments within its radio division and rebranded all programme controllers and directors as content controllers.

The following have been appointed content controllers:

Mark Cliffe at North East stations Metro Radio and TFM. Cliffe is currently producer of Steve & Karen's Breakfast Show on the stations.

Nathan Thomson at Liverpool's Radio City 96.7. Thomson joined the station in 2011 as deputy programme controller. He can be found tweeting @DJNathanThomson.

James Lett at South Yorkshire station Hallam FM. Lett has worked at the station for the past seven years.

David Walker at Glasgow station Clyde 1 where he was previously head of daytime.

Mike Richardson at Ayrshire's 96.7 West FM. Richardson is the mid-morning presenter at Tay FM. He can be found tweeting @hellomikehere.

Continuing in their current roles but under the title of content controller are Euan McMorrow at Radio Aire, John Harding at Viking FM, Chris Rick at Rock FM and Keith Clarkson at Radio Borders.

Bauer Media has also appointed Jim Foulger as head of news and sport, England. Foulger is news editor at Hallam FM. He will be based in Manchester, leading a team of bulletin editors, multi-media news and sports reporters. Foulger can be found tweeting @jimfoulger.
