The Guardian’s Gary Younge becomes a Professor at The University of Manchester
The Guardian‘s editor-at-large Gary Younge is joining The University of Manchester as a Professor of Sociology in the School of Social Sciences.
Gary started working at The Guardian in 1993 and was appointed US correspondent in 2003. He became an editor-at-large in 2015.
Gary will continue practicing journalism after leaving his post at the end of the year and can be found tweeting @garyyounge.
