Arianna Huffington to leave The Huffington Post

The Huffington Post‘s president and editor-in-chief Arianna Huffington has confirmed she will be leaving the publication in the coming weeks to launch Thrive Global.

Thrive Global is a start-up dedicated to issues of health and wellness, which will focus on educational workshops, e-courses and certifications to help companies improve the well-being of their employees.

The Huffington Post was co-founded by Arianna Huffington, Kenneth Lerer and Jonah Peretti in 2005.
