Departure at Huffington Post UK
The Huffington Post (UK)'s political director Mehdi Hasan will be leaving the title. Starting in 2015, Hasan will present a new programme for the Al Jazeera English channel, and will be relocating from London to Washington, DC. The weekly show will "go behind the headlines" to explore stories in detail, conduct interviews with prominent guests, and host discussions with experts from around the globe.
Hasan will continue to write about UK politics on a freelance basis. He can be found tweeting @mehdirhasan.
