Dominic Smith leaves News UK’s Fabulous for Barcroft Media
News UK‘s Dominic Smith has moved to Barcroft Media to become head of editorial. Smith had been developing projects with The Sun’s digital team following a maternity cover role as deputy editor of The Sun on Sunday’s women’s weekly Fabulous. Smith’s career has also included a string of senior roles with editor positions at Big! Nuts and FHM Australia. During his time with Emap in London, Smith also held the roles of managing editor at FHM and Heat magazine.
Coinciding with Smith’s appointment, Charley Sutton has been promoted to deputy head of editorial at Barcroft.
Victoria Catton has also joined the company in the newly-created role of head of partnerships. She joins from Bloomberg, where she had held the role of distribution manager.
