Liverpool Echo launches Sunday edition

The Liverpool Echo will become a daily newspaper from 19 January when Trinity Mirror launches a Sunday print edition.

The Sunday Echo will be staffed by former journalists of the Liverpool Post which closed last month. The newspaper is expected to include local news and sport with a focus on Liverpool and Everton football clubs.
