London Evening Standard increases distribution

The London Evening Standard is to increase its circulation above the current figure of 700,000 per day from the 13 January.

The paper's distribution will expand from central city, railway and tube stations through to zone 6 and into all 32 London boroughs. The Evening Standard will be available at 250 new locations including major supermarkets and transport interchanges.

The newspaper will also launch news channel London Live after the distribution expansion is complete. The 24 hour entertainment and news channel will be dedicated to the city of London and broadcast on Freeview, Sky and Virgin.
