Manchester Evening News (MEN) ‘launching new way of telling stories’

Manchester Evening News (MEN) has begun publishing stories using publishing app Shorthand. 

The MEN has started with a page called 'Blue Moon Rising', dedicated to Manchester City football club. The story is strongly focused on the visual aesthetic, with large images and an interactive viewing experience.

The app introduces parellax scrolling to stories, and has been used by other publishers including the BBC and The Guardian.
