Manchester Weekly News to replace six regionals
Trinity Mirror is to replace six of its regional newspapers with the Manchester Weekly News, which will launch in April this year. Stockport Times, Wilmslow Express, the Tamesdale and Glossop Advertiser Series, Salford Advertiser, Oldham Advertiser and the Trafford Advertiser will be closing to make way for the launching 'sister' title to the Manchester Evening News.
