News UK to relocate

By Staff

12th July 2013

News Corp will move its entire London operation, including publishing arm News UK, to The Place on the South Bank of the Thames River.

The move will begin next year and be completed in early 2015. It will mark the first time that all of the group’s London-based businesses – News UK, HarperCollins and Dow Jones – will be based in one location.

News UK, which publishes The Sun, The Times and The Sunday Times, will be the first of the businesses to relocate next summer.

The Place resides alongside The Shard at the heart of the London Bridge Quarter, a major redevelopment surrounding one of the best-connected travel hubs in the UK.
