Newsquest mobile platform launched

Newsquest Media Group has launched a mobile platform for 140 of its England and Wales regional and local titles.

The responsive mobile web platform provides fast and easy access to content on smartphones, and was designed and built in-house by the publisher. The launch is part of a programme of digital development that will be rolled out in 2014, including a refresh of the desktop site and further upgrades to the mobile platform. 

Regional titles published by Newsquest include the Watford Observer, Oxford Mail and Lancashire Telegraph.
