Hearst's Harper's Bazaar has appointed Justine Picardie as editor in chief and Marissa Bourke as creative director.
Picardie replaces former acting editor Jenny Dickinson, and officially joins the magazine on 10 September. She has previously worked at Vogue, the Observer Magazine, The Independent and The Times, amongst others.
Bourke begins work at Harper's Bazaar in September, moving over from her creative director position at Elle.
Former acting editor Jenny Dickinson will work as consultant editor at the magazine in the end of 2012.
