Morgan Rees appointed as Empire’s editor-in-chief

Bauer Media's Empire has appointed Morgan Rees as editor-in-chief to succeed Mark Dinning, who left in August to join Time Out Dubai as editor.

With former experience across Men's Health and GQ, Rees has recently been running an editorial agency providing editorial consultancy to digital, magazine and sports brands, as well as covering marketing and e-commerce, and managing a digital start-up.

Rees joins Empire on Monday 3 November. He will be reporting to publisher David Bostock and working closely with executive content director Jane Johnson.
