Oscar Williams to rejoin Evening Standard as city editor
Evening Standard has appointed Oscar Williams-Grut as city editor. Oscar will start his role in September, joining from Yahoo! Finance where he is currently acting co-head and senior city correspondent. Oscar has previously worked at the Evening Standard and The Independent as a business journalist and market reporter. He succeeds Jim Armitage who has worked at the paper since 2000 and served as city editor for over six years.
